SCHEDULING AND PAPERLESS L&E
The SCHEDULING and PAPERLESS LABOR AND EQUIPMENT Module is now available for licensing and use. This module will allow an unscheduled Service Order to be scheduled and assigned to a craftsman or multiple craftsmen and shops. The users can input start time and end time with the click of a mouse. The L & E time will be calculated and IFS updated online. This module is currently in use at Ft. Drum and Wiesbaden where craftsmen report completed Service Orders via radio. The L & E info is updated online so IFS has current info available during the day.
The function of this form is to assign a ‘SCHEDULE DATE’ to unscheduled Service Orders. The users will have the option to assign an employee to the Service Order at this point as well. Once the schedule date has been assigned and saved, the SO will not appear on this form. However, it will appear in the SCHEDULED JOBS form. This keeps the scheduler from having to hunt through scheduled and unscheduled jobs in this form. The user can also print scheduled jobs from this form. Shown below is the print parameter form for the Scheduled Service Orders Report.
