This form will only retrieve records that have the scheduled date assigned to the Service Order. Fields with a spin down button will provide the users assistance in selecting data they wish to retrieve. A click of the mouse in the START TIME and END TIME generates the actual DATE and TIME into the field. These entries can be manually overridden if desired.
The following box is a sample of what the users will see if they clicked on the button beside the SCHEDULE DATE field.
