MORE ON SUPPLY 2000 BILL OF MATERIAL

This screen allows the Estimator to add a Local Estimator item (SC=E) to the Stock Item file in Supply 2000.  Only fields in Blue are required.  Once the Estimator 'sends' the completed BOM to Supply, the item will become a 'Fringe' item in Supply 2000.  (As of 20 Sep 2007)

COPY JOB

To copy an existing job to a new estimate, the user must be in ‘Enter Query’ mode.
In enter query mode, click on the ‘COPY JOB’ button and the user will get the following screen:

ADD BOM ESTIMATES IN EXISTING JOB

The user must be in ‘Enter Query’ mode in order to add additional items to a job that has been released to the supply users.

PRINT DETAILED BOM ESTIMATES

A BOM Estimate can be printed for any Work Order that added to Supply 2000 through the BOM Estimate screen.
