 SCHEDULING AND PAPERLESS L&E Labor and Equipment Time Calculations
 The Labor Hours and Equipment Hours are calculated based on starting and ending times for the work. The labor code can be selected from a drop down list of values.
The Overhead Labor, Equipment Only and Employee/Equip Assignment screens are tabs which can be accessed from the call buttons on the Scheduled Jobs screen.
 The tabbed pages switch the user from the Overhead Labor form to the Equipment Only form or to the Employee/Equipment Assignment form. If the user selects a shop using this method, it will populate the shop field as well as the employee field with the data chosen using the employee list popup.
The user can also key in the shop code and click on the field and the list of employees will be limited to those assigned to the shop entered. After the shop code and employee fields are populated, clicking into the field using the mouse can populate the work date field. The current work date will fill the field or the user can type the date in using the following format DD-MON-YYYY. The next field will identify the type of overhead to charge the hours to. Once this field has been updated the user can click on the save button on the button pallet or the yellow floppy disc icon on the toolbar to commit the data to the work phase audit table.
