Corrected the print issue:  was not printing if user only wanted one issue of many.  Corrected Dup Phase button.  It was putting in the first phase found instead of the last input of phase code.  Corrected locking of credit card table when using the exchange rate calculator.  Added ability to go to stock item and add a stock number from the bar code field.  Corrected the LOV for the individual transactions to exclude issues when MILSTRIP is the same as the receipt (true when the issue DODAAC is the same as the requisition DODAAC).  Added additional validation to check security for users adding wo/so/trp document to database.
